How Seachem Prime saltwater should be used?

I have a 14 gallon tank. I am new to the care of a saltwater tank and the first time that using the Primer. Also do I add the water before I put in the salt? thanks Yes, I know the girl 50 = 1 capful. a girl is 14 use a little less than a hat full??

Seachem principal is basically a dechlorinator so if your using tap water to mix your salt mixture, then added about half a cap. Whether before or after you put in my saltwater mixing container I use this product and Seachem marine elements, mixing salt my reef.
